I am a licensed Psychologist providing culturally sensitive and trauma-informed relational psychodynamic and cognitive skills-based individual psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and children in Berkeley and Oakland, CA.        

I work with a wide range of issues and specialize in support for caregivers, friends, and relatives of people struggling with severe mental health issues or addiction, and support for first generation college students and LGBTQQIA youth, adults, and caregivers.

I provide a healing atmosphere marked by effective, individualized care and cultural sensitivity. I treat depression, anxiety, past and/or current trauma, emotion regulation, recovery from substance misuse, multi/bicultural sensitivity, first-generation college student issues, young adult identity development, recovery from psychosis, self-care, and stress management.
